Inga Elín's mind is contantly seeking new ideas from her surroundings and throughout her travels. The idea of the design behing "The Cloud" plate simply comes from the clouds in the sky but is also influenced by the waves of the Atlantic ocean.
This Piece is from the first collection of plates to go with Inga's popular "Veltibollar" cups. They are made out fine porcelain and fired at high temperature - so they are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, The Gold Collection is NOT and needs a special treatment since the 24 karat gold paint cannot be fired at the same temperature as plates in other Collections
We kindly ask you to put a protection between the plates when they are stacked, since their rough bottom may scratch the glaze of the plate below.
